Why should I book using this website?

By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the Bayview Motel Esperance, which gives you more control over your booking. You can also amend, modify and change your booking with just a quick phone call.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to check in date. We do not take any deposit for your booking, but you will be charged the full amount of your stay 48 hours prior to arrival. If this does not suit you please call reception and discuss this with reception.

How do I guarantee by booking?

Credit card bookings are required to secure your booking.

What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard Check-in time is 2pm.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, we do after hours check in which is after 8pm. Please give us a call if you want to arrive after 8pm to arrange for your key pick up.

What time is Check-out?

Check-out is by 10am.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from 8am to 8pm.

Do you have undercover parking?

No, but we have free on-site parking and you can park right at your front door.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Bayview Motel Esperance are non-smoking.

Is all linen provided?

Yes, all bathroom towels and bed linen are provided in your room

How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are serviced daily excluding Sundays and Public holidays.

Is there anywhere to do laundry at the Motel?

For your convenience we have a coin operated washing machine and dryer as well as a clothes line. Washing powder is complimentary.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, we don't have a restaurant at the Bayview Motel, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Conveniently located restaurants include Coffee Cat, Fish Face Takeaway and Restaurant, and Loose Goose Bar and Restaurant.

Do you have room service?

No, we do not offer room service.

Where can I buy groceries locally?

Woolworths and IGA supermarkets are a short walk from the Bayview Motel.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we have new upgraded Wi-Fi that is accessible in all our rooms.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a BBQ area set amongst lush tree's and gardens with new BBQ'S installed recently.

How close are you to the shops and restaurants in Esperance?

We are only a 5-minute walk to the town centre which boasts a variety of shops, restaurants and cafés

How close are you to the foreshore?

We are also 5 Minute walk to the local foreshore which has a beautiful walk trail on it and an awesome place to sit and enjoy a very tasty coffee or fresh juice overlooking our beautiful harbour.

How close are you to the beaches?

As well as the foreshore, some of Esperances best beaches are only 6 -15 minutes drive away. See our Esperance Attractions page for more details.

Do you have TVs?

Yes, we have a modern flat screen TV in all rooms with access to all the local channels.
